Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot process a refund or exchange.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Any returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized items, and personal care products (such as beauty items). Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
